AYGE 1104 English for Knowledge Inquiry

ข่าว 2.png

On Sunday, June 28, 2026, the AYGE 1104 English for Knowledge Inquiry course, taught by Dr. Pakim Kaoeian, conducted a deep role-playing activity incorporating Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL). This activity aimed to enhance students' knowledge-seeking skills, English language proficiency, and the application of knowledge to real-world product and business development. Students were divided into groups to establish a simulated company, developing a herbal massage candle product, and designing their brand and packaging. The product was manufactured in the Cosmetic Science laboratory of the Faculty of Pharmacy.

Next week, students will conduct market research on their product with a sample group including office workers, massage parlor employees, and foreign tourists. This will allow them to practice their English communication skills and collect field data through a systematic market research process.

This activity helps develop English language skills, analytical thinking, research, communication, and entrepreneurial skills, while connecting learning with practical application.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Associate Professor Dr. Pilanthana Lertsathitthanakorn and Ms. Siriporn Pojprommani, faculty members of the Cosmetic Science Department, Faculty of Pharmacy, for their close supervision of the experiments and production processes. This ensured that the products meet standards, are accurate and safe, and provided a valuable learning experience for all students.
